Organising institutions

The Master programme is jointly organised by the Universidad de Córdoba (UCO), the Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca de la Junta de Andalucía (CAP), the Instituto Andaluz de Investigación y Formación Agraria, Pesquera, Alimentaria y de la Producción Ecológica (IFAPA), the International Olive Oil Council (IOOC), the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM) through the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (IAMZ) and the Spanish Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) and the Instituto Nacional de Investigación y Tecnología Agraria y Alimentaria (INIA). The Master has been proposed by the Universidad de Córdoba for recognition by the competent academic authorities as an official Master, within an Official Postgraduate Programme in Olive Growing and Oil Technology.
